As we are almost half way through the first month of 2021, we have been focusing on how we can continue to keep building Rome Grinding Solutions. We know that the best things take time, and we are consistently raising our goals and standards for our equipment and service. With this in mind, we are reflecting on what we can do to help our customers stay running smoothly during the continuous stress of the pandemic, and what we can contribute to the various industries that we work with as a whole.

In the year ahead of us, our plans to continue building Rome include:

• Launching multiple new products and equipment developments
• Stocking even more spare and wearable parts that our customers need most
• Creating new and innovative ways to show our grinding equipment, even when we are unable to meet our customers face-to-face
• Evolving our training programs for maintenance and grinding equipment care
• Developing new techniques for equipment based around food safety
• Arranging shipping services for service rebuilds

We are looking forward to a brighter year ahead with a lot of exciting initiatives that we cannot wait to share with our customers. While we are remaining flexible to the changes that come with this new era, we are continuing to build Rome, brick by brick.
